"I know what it means to start over. Not once, but several times."
For over a decade I have coached women through a variety of life situations — helping them find clarity, direction, and the confidence to move forward into their next season.
My own experience of having to start over and rebuild multiple times has deepened my ability to guide others through the same process. I know what it feels like to be in the in-between. I know what it takes to get to the other side.
That combination — real coaching experience and lived personal experience — is what has positioned me to help women who find themselves exactly where I have been. Starting over. Rebuilding. Ready for what's next but not quite sure how to get there.
Rebuilding your life requires three things working together.
You need guidance from someone who has successfully started over and rebuilt themselves — not just theory, but real, lived experience of what it actually takes.
Getting clear on your identity, your core values, and your mindset is the foundation everything else is built on. Without it, external changes will only go so far.
Looking holistically at every area of your life and rebuilding in the order that feels right for you — not following someone else's blueprint, but creating your own.
Without all three, the transition from your old season to your new one can be prolonged. And that's when frustration and discouragement set in.
"During my time of difficulty, I had many challenges processing what I was going through — my thoughts were stuck in a loop. It was especially hard with a 3-year-old. I felt alone, fearful, and helpless. Thanks to Shar's wealth of knowledge, advice, and support, she gave me guidance, hope, and the practical steps I needed to move forward. She helped me realize this wasn't 'the end' for me — that I am not stuck. Now I'm extremely excited about my future."

"I went through a traumatic divorce 6 years ago. It was a devastating time as I literally lost what most people will say is 'everything'. Sharlene's ability to listen and help me identify what was going on gave me clarity midst confusion and doubt. One of the strongest and most effective work was helping me find my identity. When I left my 20 year marriage, I was broken and hollow and didn't recognize who I was. This identity piece was quite important because I had to get to know myself as if from a new birth. I'm growing and evolving daily, and with the grace of God I have more hope and peace today than ever before."
