Hi, I'm Sharlene

My passion is to help corporate & high achieving career women, experiencing burnout or who have outgrown their careers navigate that life transition by uncovering their true identity so that they can decide from a position of clarity what they want next and make plans to make that happen.

I believe that two of the most important questions you need to be able to answer are who am I now? What do I want next? To figure out what you want next, you have to be clear about who you are and that is what I help you to do.

My own experience of having to reinvent my own life has deepened my ability to guide others through the same process. I know what it feels like to be in the in-between. I know what it takes to get to the other side.

That combination — real coaching experience and lived personal experience — is what has positioned me to help women who find themselves exactly where I have been.
